Patch 2.0: Resetting rank, delete all career and levels!

How severe is your issue? Can play, but it's highly frustrating
What happens when the bug occurs? I resetted the rank but my career level dropped to 0.
What do you expect to see? I was expecting only the rank to reset!

However I am truly disappointed now. I got back in game and i resetted my rank, however my entire career and level was also resetted. Just if I boght the game today!
This was supposed to happen or it is a bug inside the fix?
Why you could not only fix the damn rank and leave the career untouched!?
Now I also have to reach level 5 to get back doing fleet battles... unbelivable.
