I have already tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, which did not work.
I also tried to report the bug but when I tried to, the only option that came up was to check Answers.. So here I am.

We're unable to reproduce this on our end, if you have linked your account to several cloud services you could try reinstalling the game again and using one of the different methods to download your progress.

@aliazefri have you tried reinstalling and importing progress from the cloud? Make sure your savegame is connected to a cloud service before you reinstall though!
