Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What happens when the bug occurs? After playing one game gets stuck before matchmaking saying party not ready have to close app and restart to get matchmaking to work.
What should be happening instead? It should just go to next match without having to restart app every game

This bug is annoying, 8 out of 10 times it happens to me. The only times it seems to work is if my squad gets eliminated quickly (less than a few minutes) and then I can jump back in. Otherwise I'm like What? I AM the party and I'm totally ready

I found a helpful way to bypass it in the meantime. Just go to network settings on the Ps4 and turn off connect to internet. Then you'll be kicked to title screen. Double press the PS button to go back to this menu whenever it happens. Saves some time restarting the app. Although they should have fixed this already

Leaving the party/squad then re-join again. This seems to work for me.

For solo, I think you have to wait or restart the game or go to title menu and log-in again. This seems to be a server refresh issue.

Yep,same thing.
This is really annoying,and none of my teammates have this problem,for almost 8 hours of playing.

The fastest way to overcome the glitch is by press options, then choose to back to main menu, then press x.

The only solution is to restart the game
