Parenting predicaments: Can't get kids to get a good night sleep [ Edited ]

I cannot seem to get this scenario past the first stage even. Have tried tons of ways to get them to sleep and nothing works.

Did you have the parents also sleep? I found when I did this scenario that it wouldn't complete until I had all four sleep. It didn't have to be at night either. They start tired, so I sent them all to bed very shortly after the scenario started. Good luck!
