Summarize your bug I bought the relic gargo package, did NOT recieve the content. All I get now is this error; Error code 60.0.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You figure that out. How would I know?

I submitted a ticket for this as well. Getting word from some other people in my guild they are having the same issue as well.
