Padme lead not working in conquest

Summarize your bug Padme while under bonus protection from entrenched is not resisting debuffs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Equip entrenched data disk go up against a Palp lead empire team.

So the modifiers in conquest were imperial edict I and overprepared III.  I have 2 entrenched 75% data disks.  In the screenshot it was my first turn of the battle.  You can clearly see they ALL still have protection up and kenobi and c3po have debuffs that are not tenacity down.

@Sellago Vader's basic applies Ability Block which can't be resisted by Rebels or Jedi.

Likewise Stormtrooper applies Expose on basic if he is evaded.

That would be where those debuffs have come from.
