Packet Loss on Xbox One

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Changing my server by holding down Right Analog Stick.

What happens when the bug occurs? So, when im at the main menu (where you press A to enter game) and im looking at my ping & packet loss, all of the available servers show 2% packet loss... and my game runs as if thats true. My internet connection is solid. My xbox speed test comes back with good speeds. I used to never get this issue but now the game is unplayable.
What should be happening instead? Good ping and consistent 0% packet loss
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Research how well xbox players are enjoying their gameplay, research into if all xbox players are having trouble connecting to servers. Are all xbox players experiencing packet loss?

HEY XBOX ONE SERVERS ARE COMPLETELY BROKEN! MINE SAY 2% PACKET LOSS AND I HAVE A WIRED CONNECTION WITH SEAMLESS SPEED. 500mbps dowload and 20mbps upload..... How in the world am i still getting packet loss?

Do other games run similarly? What is the storage like on your xbox like? It sounds like it may be something to do with that. Drives that are up to 75% full can slow down. Have you tried a fresh install of the game. Do you use an external drive?

I have wondered, with all the updates we get with the games etc on xbox writing and rewriting and getting very convoluted, why is there no defrag app for the xbox drive. Defrag really helps on the pc (but not done too regularly, maby once a month or so and only a complete defrag every 4/5 months).

I get packet loss the odd time on my xbox but its down to poor internet wireless connection.
