How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 2

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I won a game in a premade where everyone lived and did not receive the pack victory badge. Other members of my group did receive the award badge.
What should be happening instead? I should have received the badge for winning a game in a premade group.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Win the game as a premade and check badges.

I had won a game in a premade group (group made in a lobby before playing the game) and did not receive the pack victory badge. Other squad mates did receive this badge. Its strange that it counted for one player in the premade, but not another player in the premade.

What happens when the bug occurs? My premade squad won a match but I did not unlock Pack Victory badge. My two friends did unlock it.
What should be happening instead? I should have the Pack Victory badge unlocked.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Win as premade squad. Further steps unknown.

Thank you for reporting this we'll make sure it gets tracked. Are both of you able to confirm if the badge ended up getting unlocked after 24 hours or after restarting the game?

It's been 24 hours and I've restarted several times. Unfortunately the badge has not unlocked.

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 100+ but this was the first and only match where I completed the challenged

What happens when the bug occurs? The "Team. Work." badge remains locked on tier 0 of 4
What should be happening instead? The "Team. Work." badge should be rewarded (tier 2 in my case)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete a match with a full pre-made squad where each squad member has at least 3 kills.

My squad and I won a game of Apex Legends while I had 8 kills, and my teammates had 8 and 6 kills.  I should have been awarded the tier 2 "Team. Work." badge (shown in attached image) for our kill count, but never received it. (This also happens with the "Shot Caller" badge whenever I have won a game as the jumpmaster.)  I don't have a screenshot of our kill count as I didn't notice the missing badge until this morning.  Please fix, thanks.
