[PSP] Temperance appears in household manager with different name [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Now Playing Base Game with SPs and Kits Owned SP: Spooky, Backyard, VintageGlamour, Toddler, LandryDay, Moschino, TinyLiving, Paranormal Kit: IndustrialLoft, Desert Luxe. Greenhouse Haven, Book Nook EPs and GPs are disabled. Owned EP: All excluding HightSchoolYears & GrowingTogether GP: All excluding RealmOfMagic, JourneyToBatuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Stay in the haunted house until Temperance shows up.
What happens when the bug occurs? The ghost appears in the household management under another name, not "Temperance", and when checked in CAS mode, the name is missing.
What do you expect to see? I don't know if it is normal for this ghost to appear in household management, but at least the name is "Temperance" and the name is never requested in CAS mode.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

First of all, see the following pic.

I don't know that Temperance is in Household Management is a right spec or not. But that Pre-made NPC's name is not "Temperance", and requested her name in CAS mode. So I think this is bug.
I tried 2 times in the different saves. And the 3rd times, I started playing after doing that following things:
Repair the game from EA app
Factory reset
Test with the fresh folder
Then same issue happens in this fresh folder for testing.

Guidry, Temperance and Bonehilda never had names in cas. After editing anything in cas these sims become broken and the game creates new copies of them.

Temperance has no name in my game since the Oct 22 patch. Have never edited the Paranormal NPC's in CAS.

I have had this same bug for a while. Both Temperance and Guidry can be found from manage households, but household names for them are wrong. I have this feeling they used to be in hidden households but no more.

At the same time they lost their first names in my game. So howering over them gives just blank where used to be their names, also lost names in friendship panel and game texts. 

Otherwise they work as intended.
