[PSP] Masculine pants unavailable to feminine framed sims [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? in CAS, selecting bottoms for a feminine framed sim with the feminine tag removed/masculine tag on
What happens when the bug occurs? the stripey paranormal stuff pants do not appear
What do you expect to see? all CAS available to feminine framed sims when the feminine tag is removed/masculine tag is applied
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Not really sure if this is the right place to put this, but one of the new Paranormal Stuff masculine pants in (the stripey ones with the beaded chain accent) is unavailable to feminine framed sims in CAS. I'm assuming this is a mistake and not on purpose since generally all clothing is available to both frames? They're super cool pants so hopefully they can be made available soon!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter CAS. Create a female sim. Navigate to pants menu. Uncheck "Feminine" from preferences.
What happens when the bug occurs? Striped pants from Paranormal stuff pack does not appear.
What do you expect to see? Striped pants from Paranormal stuff pack appear.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

There are 4 new bottoms with the Paranormal stuff pack, however there is one pair of pants only male sims can use. When I create a "man" sim with a female body, the pants are not available, even when I uncheck all gender preferences.
