[PS5] Sims in nude wearing randomly generated clothes [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.71
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them apart from two kits: Bust the Dust and Fashion Street
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Age up a child to teen
What happens when the bug occurs? Random sims will have outfits wile in the nude, my current sim showers in a random outfit that was never given to her, I have also experienced it with other sims that I have played with makeup that they grew up from children to teens with and I’ll remove the make up on every single outfit but they will still have it when they are showering or in the nude. I have only had this issue with sims that have grown into teens and not sims created as teens or adults in CAS
What do you expect to see? I expect to see them without random makeup or random generated outfits
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

What traits does your Sim have ? Bit unsure what you're saying cause with the pixalation it's hard to tell what outfit they are wearing. Is that the bathing suit they have on or do you mean you never assigned any of these outfits showing in your pic ?

She isn’t wearing any of the outfits I have for her, she’s wearing some random long skirt that’s like yellow and a top, with some random shoes while in “nude”, when I click on outfits… and then change to nude, she gets pixelated wearing that yellowy/green skirt with flowers and some random shoes, just to reiterate, none of her outfits have what she is wearing as nude. 

The makeup thread is not anything that I am experiencing, my issue is that children will age into teens and sometimes they have this makeup that is in every single randomly generated outfit, when I remove it of every single outfit, they will still have that makeup in the nude, while the post you’ve directed me to talks about the sim having the same makeup as their everyday outfit which I do not have a problem with, I have a problem with randomly generated makeup that I cannot get rid of in their “nude” form so every time they shower they just get some random awful face paint

Yes of course - i have uploaded her and called her “Bugged Sim 84f4846971” 

Also in my gallery is a sim household called occult challenge, in it is a vampire called Victoria Vatore, she’s got the bug with the makeup

If you download that gallery version into a new save, do you still have the issue ?
