Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the cheat window and type any cheat (I find it most with "stats.set_skill_level") and copy and paste&enter it a few times.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game doesn't let me do anything, only lets me go back to the main menu
What do you expect to see? The game let me do stuff instead of me having to restart the whole game
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This glitch also happens in the base game as I first got it when I was in the base game.
