Sims 4 get too work bugs

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? BASE: 1.11.5.2300 (64 Bit)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get To Work, Cats & Dogs, City Living, and Perfect Patio Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have the issue whenever my sim goes to work in the Detective Career.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim gets a case and goes to the crime scene. There is evidence but my sim has no option to interact with it. He also can't get witness reports and can't return to the station.
What do you expect to see? My son should be able to question sims and collect evidence.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have tried making my son quit his job and join again. I've saved the game and quit while he was on the job. Nothing worked.

What happens when the bug occurs? I Be At work and it will say travel to the crime scene and when it load up I can’t get any witnesses report or find clues

This is happening for me too ! I have no tasks to complete if I leave the station and come back from a crime sense and the game never lets my sim come home, even when the work day is over. I made this sim specifically so I could be a detective, help !!
