[PS4/XB1] Freelancer: paintings do not go to the inventory at all [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.23
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None, just the basic game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make the sim, who is a freelancer, to make a painting or a logo with the sketchpad for a job order.
What happens when the bug occurs? After installing the newest update, the logos and paintings the sim is making with the sketchpad do not go to the sim's inventory at all. They just disappear after I've made them. This is not nice especially because the simoleons to make them is still charged and I can't complete the work tasks, because I can't get them to be approved by the customer since they are not in the inventory.
What do you expect to see? The paintings and logos should go to the inventory so I could use them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

What happens when the bug occurs? Artwork cannot be found in inventory menu
What do you expect to see? My sim created character concept artwork on the sketch pad and the artwork cannot be found the inventory to submit to the client

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Freelancer career: artwork cannot be found in inventory to submit to client
What happens when the bug occurs? Can’t submit artwork for approval
What do you expect to see? I completed the task of creating character concept art on the sketch pad and when I go into my inventory, I don’t see the art that I am supposed to submit to the client.

@AceD018_m1lkdup Did you check if you can submit it through the freelancer menu on the computer ?

@AceD018_m1lkdup Could you try selling the sketch pad and get a new one and try again. I tested on PC and had no issues so either it's an console issue or something went wrong.

EDIT: Also merged with another console report.

@crinrict I think it might be an issue with how artwork gets stored in the inventory. I think they might get stacked under previously made artwork

Hello everyone! I have an Xbox and that’s where I play. I went through the painting stack, and found the concept art. They get stacked together, so you have to place them in the world to separate them. Hope this helps!

Does the console version of the game not allow players to open the stack inside the inventory?
