Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to a community Lot during a festival, have a vampire NPC show up.
What happens when the bug occurs? A vampire NPC will show up, do the stalk walk for a minute, then go to the bar to get a drink and socialize. Meanwhile, your Sim can't leave because there's a vampire "breaking in."
What do you expect to see? Being able to leave a community lot even though there is a Vampire NPC there, who is clearly not breaking in.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Vampires Love Karaoke bars apparently, and when they appear my sim can't leave the lot. This happens even if the sim that is active is a vampire.
