Which language are you playing the game in? Português
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.09
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work Bundle + Laundry Day + Backyard
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The option " check for replies" doesn't show up anymore after collecting 13 postcards.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to check for replies to get the last postcard and complete the colletion.
What do you expect to see? After finding pen pal, I expect to see the Check for replies to show up.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I just don't want to get the last postcard through DEBUG in buy mode cause we lose trophies by cheating on Consoles
