Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims stop completing actions but don’t freeze completely (they’ll still move their heads and speak but won’t complete the action). sometimes they respond after a few seconds/minutes. The game itself is responding, just not the sims. Sometimes in game time freezes as well but sometimes it keeps running. Possibly connected to switching game speeds.
What do you expect to see? Sims always responding to actions immediately
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
