[PS4] Sims get stuck

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.51
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Sims 4 Deluxe Edition Sims 4 Vampire Sims 4 City Living Sims 4 Backyard Stuff Sims 4 Patio Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dunno how you can find the bug. I’ve been playing the sims on console for a while now and this bug has only just occurred today and yesterday while playing. I have 4 sims in my household. 2 young adults and 2 children. I’m also playing with keyboard and mouse. I’m using no cheats
What happens when the bug occurs? When I play the game all of a sudden the sims will get stuck doing what they are doing and just freeze but the time will still go on and there’s nothing I can do to unfreeze them. Also while playing with keyboard and mouse the edge screen moving won’t work. I’ve tried turning it on and off and reloading the game but nothing works.
What do you expect to see? The sims will all just freeze what they are doing and their needs meters won’t move even though the time is moving on. Also the sims may jump around a lot from one part of the house to the other
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

First of all, thanks so much for your report on this issue. We are investigating the issue, however, we have not been able to reproduce it successfully yet.


If you still sees this issue happening in your game and do not mind sharing a save file with us, that would indeed be super awesome as it would help our team a lot to gather further information about this issue!
