[PS4] Sims get married without you doing anything [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? I don't know
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except island living seasons and get famous
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a Sim and then play as another household.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am currently playing two households one is a single female in strangerville and the second is a married couple in newcrest I went and played as the family in newcrest for about an hour and when I got back to my sim in strangerville she got a boyfriend so I tried to marry them but I couldn't because propose was greyed out and it said she was already married and when I checked it was someone called Ted Roswell.
What do you expect to see? Sims not getting married without you commanding them specially when this guy was supposed to be married to someone else.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Since I downloaded get together

I have repeatedly tried starting new games but the same thing keeps happening every time.

Back then it happened when they went to a restaurant. Does that have anything to do with your issue ?

No because I don't have any restruants I only use the seats from that pack in my house.

Haven't heard for it for PC and I can't test this as I don't have a console
