Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Build a basement and have a Sim head down into it during winter.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever the Sim wants to go downstairs into the basement to do something, she first switches into her cold clothes before heading down.
What do you expect to see? Her to stay in her everyday clothes, as I have a thermostat set to warm.
