Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Follow a pregnant sim to the hospital.
What happens when the bug occurs? When a sim has a baby at the hospital and you join them, both male and female, they will then change into their hospital gown as their everyday clothes afterwards and not their assigned everyday clothes.
What do you expect to see? The sims not wearing their hospital clothing outside the hospital.
