[PS4] Sim does not come home on time [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? Ep04.167
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Smowy escape, island living, get famous, seasons, cats and dogs, city living, get together, get to work, jungle adventure, Parenthood, vampires, Dine out, spa day, tiny living, Moschino, my first pet, laundry day, toddler, fitness, bowling night, vintage Glamour, Backyard, kids room, romantic garden, movie hangout, Spooky, cool kitchen, perfect patio, luxury party, bust the dust
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Send sim to work/school/activity
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims do not come home at expected time. E.g drama activity due to end at 5.30pm, sims did not return until 7.30pm. Other times action needs to be cancelled, so sim shows as "skipping class"
What do you expect to see? Sims returning home at expected time
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Feb 2021 update, and installed bust the dust at the same time

@hey_its_dr584 Does this happen for all Sims ? Do they also go to work late as in general time shift or is it just that Sim staying longer ?

Thanks for your reply. It happens all sims, I've tried different families in different save games. They don't always come home late but seems to be 9 times out of 10.

Sometimes they also go to work late but this doesn't happen as often

@hey_its_dr584 Does pausing your game at the time your sim should be home allow your sim to come home after a few seconds or so?
