Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Send a Sim to work on a holiday. 2. Trigger a loading screen by traveling with another Sim or saving and reloading the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I trigger a load screen while my sim is at work on a holiday, she comes home early.
What do you expect to see? Sims should stay at work until the end of their scheduled hours unless told otherwise by the player.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

The template pretty much covered everything. I repeatedly tried to send my Sim's spouse strawberry picking while she was at work on Rebate Day. I even tried sending him to different lots but she always came home from work during the loading screen. The last time I had saved after she left for work but before he traveled. When I reloaded that save, she again came home early from work. This time after less than half an hour into her shift.
I think this is only my second ever bug report for any game despite gaming for a long time. So I'm willing to answer any questions.
