Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk
What happens when the bug occurs? It won't allow me to elope
What do you expect to see? The option available
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Please help me, my sim can't marry her fiance. It says "marrying a Sim in your employ would be inappropriate. Dismiss them from their role to further pursue a relationship" BUT THEY DO NOT WORK TOGETHER  😪

this is a known issue on PC as well. All you can do is make sure that both sims have no other love relationships. Remove them with either cheats (yes, I'm aware that can be an issue in console if you don't want to jeopardize the achievements) or by asking all relationships to just be friends.
