[PS4] Patchy Cleans out Oven while Sim is Cooking [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.15
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get to Work, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine Out, Toddler Stuff, Spooky Stuff, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Kids Stuff, Laundry Day Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim cooking something in the oven, have patchy active on the lot cleaning.
What happens when the bug occurs? Patchy will interrupt the baking/cooking sim to empty the oven. He then throws away whatever the sim had in the oven before it's finished
What do you expect to see? Patchy emptying the oven only if food is spoiled.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Patchy is a little overzealous in his cleaning.

He's done it twice to me. He only does it if he is cleaning and the sim has something in the oven for the final cook. If Patchy is doing anything else he leaves the oven alone. If the sim is cooking and the house is tidy there's no issue. I do get Sims randomly stopping cooking at that second part when waiting for a bake to finish. The sim will wander off and forget they were baking and need to be directed to finish the bake. So I don't know if Patchy jumps in because the sim wandered off. Both times Patchy did this my Sims we're still in the kitchen area.
