[PS4] Paint by Reference Paintings are corrupted [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Perfect Patio Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the Paint by Reference option on the easel, put a painting on the wall, save and exit, then re-enter the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every Paint by Reference painting has a corrupted look. None of the original painting is visible.
What do you expect to see? The thing I chose to paint.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I have the same problem, the only difference is I don't have anything extra installed. My pictures show up like yours and like this as well. I'd love to see them, some are really great pictures.
