[PS4] NPC Sim doesn't die [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.10.33.4400
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to work, cats and dogs, vampires, parenthood, get together
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get the Sim to hysterical point, will not die
What happens when the bug occurs? Hysterical flashes forever but nothing happens
What do you expect to see? Death of the sim
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Sim has been hysterical for hours but refuses to die. She is an NPC I moved in.

there's a few traits that can make NPCs immune to death. As you are on console, it's very possible that this bug hasn't been fixed yet.

Do you know what the NPC did for a job before you moved him in ?

Hm, that shouldn't have any of the traits that used to cause this issue on PC.

Can you age the Sim at all ?
