Summarize your bug UI, Animations, Textures, and no gun glitches occur. The game operates as usual for roughly 10-30 minutes before this bug starts occurring. I also get outright crashing.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play BFV Multiplayer modes. (This Bug seems to only occur to me)
What happens when the bug occurs? UI, Animations, Textures, and no gun glitches occur. The game operates as usual for roughly 10-30 minutes before this bug starts occurring. I also get outright crashing. Loading new maps also fail.
What should be happening instead? The game should operate as usual

I’ve tried everything I can to fix it, I’ve done multiple full PS4 wipes and OS reinstalls, game reinstalls, PS4 database reinstalls.

bug occurs in Battlefield V, Battlefield 1, Star Wars Battlefront 2.

Honestly, this sounds more like a Hard Drive problem than a BFV problem. 

I would reccomend you boot into safe mode and rebuild the PS4's database (Do not Reinitialize unless you want factory default)

After rebuilding the database, reinstall BFV and it should work as intended

This is happening on PC but not only in Battlefield games but other Titles.

@JordanVisser2468 Sounds like your PS4 is overheating.
