Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go on Vacation, have a child in the scouts.
What happens when the bug occurs? The child can not go to scout meetings when on vacation and vacation doesn't register for scouts, so the children get hit with huge responsibility losses each day they are on vacation and don't go to the scout meetings.
What do you expect to see? Vacations registering with scouting so that the children aren't missing the meetings that they can't go to because they are on vacation.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Scouts say vacations "aren't necessary" but you can't actually call in or go on vacation because it counts against the kids if they miss a meeting.
