[PS4] Live mode selection issues [ Edited ]

Just spent 4 hours building a house in build mode when all the sudden I could no longer select anything with x either in free roam mode. Thanks for providing a solution guys. <3

I'm playing Sims 4 on PS4 and I get a bug where I can't click anything in the live mode screen but buttons and menus I can. It's very frustrating and I can't find any resolution on the web 😡

Platform:
PS4 console

Packs Installed:
Vampire expansion (at time of glitch)
Work expansion (installed afterwards)

Known Triggers for Glitch/Bug:
Accessing World navigation during gameplay.

Affected Aspects:
Cursor Selection mode, only affects X Button (can't test other buttons).


Details:
When playing as a household, if I try to visit another location or go into the Manage Worlds screen directly from the Live Mode screen, upon returning to Live Mode, the X Button stops functioning in Cursor Mode, requiring me to close the game to resolve the issue. If I don't restart the game first, the only way to select anything is to use the arrow buttons to navigate menu icons. Build Mode and Live Mode are both affected since they require use of the Cursor to interact with objects.


Impact on Gameplay:
Affects all screens that rely on the Visual Cursor Mode to function fully.


Method of Fixing Issues:
Only restarting the game fixes the issue.


Please help me with this issue. I saw similar bugs, but they're not the same as the one I've experienced. This one heavily impacts the game's playability, and I've had to restart five times before I decided to avoid the glitch entirely whenever possible.

After getting the game and playing for a little, out of no where I was unable to interact with my sim, any object, or any items on screen when using the cusor. I was able to do anything that was directly linked to a button on my controller, although this still means I don't have the ability to care to my sim or really control them in anyway. I pretty much can't play at this point and I would really appreciate if somebody could help me solve my problem.

But it happens to me every time after I travel.

When I'm back home I can't do nothing with the sim, objects and on screen.

Have to close and restart the game. Pretty annoying because I travel much between my house and my restaurant...

Hope there will be a fix for this problem

The 'x' select button isn't working for me either in live mode. Some controls are accessible when I toggle to snap with L3, I can select some items in the panels for example I can click in the work or mood panel. But I can't perform any actions outside of the snap mode in normal gameplay, like say, take a shower or use the toilet because no menu comes up when I click on objects. I have attached some videos that demonstrate the problem.
