PS4 - Game takes FOR-EV-ER to Boot

What happens when the bug occurs? The game takes 10 minutes just to load. I click the application icon, then stare at a splash screen for anywhere from 5-15 minutes before the start menu actually loads up. It happened *occasionally* on my regular PS4 while playing during the months of February-June, but now that I've been playing on my Pro, it happens 100% of the time. I can either wait out the horrendous load time, or continuously close the app and reopen it, but that doesn't always solve the problem either. Furthermore, why is there no way to actually contact support directly? I'm forced to log in to my EA account on here, then fill out a bunch of bug details before being greeted with a button that says something like "choose how you'd like to contact EA," and after clicking that button the only option I even have is to visit "Answers HQ." I've never played a game before that doesn't offer the option of directly contacting the support team. Seems like a pretty poor system for an AAA company.
What should be happening instead? I have to wait forever.

Ahh. I figured. The team is too incompetent to find a fix to this problem.  Even after forwarding all 15 ports that were suggested and reinstalling the game; doesn’t load 75% of the time.  Thanks everyone!
