What happens when the bug occurs? According to recent patch note, voice over are now translated in French. While I've been playing in French since February, my voice overs were still in English yesterday and this morning.
What should be happening instead? Voice over should be dubbed in French
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game on a PS4 Pro (God of War edition, system update v6.71) with a client installed in February and updated to v.3.0.9.39. PS4 Pro's Language Setting has to be set to "Français (Canada)". Launch the game and you'll notice voice over is still in English.

Add: I tried "French (France)" and it didn't work either.
