PS4 -Dressing Room error playing EASHL

Found 3 total drop ins, first one played til people quit...next 2 locker room errors. Tried to find more drop-ins sit and spin to never find anything. Played one game of ones, next game locker room error.

Making my phone a hotspot and connecting to it is the only method that worked for me.

I also have the dressingroom error.

For me it works by going back to the main menu and back in, but it takes two or three tries to get back in CEHL because of the ”Failed to retrieve data” error-code.Sometimes i go in to HUT and back, the chance of getting the error code seems less llkely then, but the loading symbol in the top right corner is on for like a minute everytime.

when i restart the game i get in to CEHL without a problem.

i have tried two different routers to my fiber-connection, with and without cable. The hotspot-solution seems to work.

I'm having the same issue also it takes 30 to 45 minutes to get into the game and then this codes occurs... Very frustrating. Ended up leaving game to play a different game.

Ive reset everything the way an EA support told me, ive opened ports, etc. I get the dressing room error when loading into game after ready up in lobbies, drop and club. Ive been in parties and no parties. The match making time is stupid long to find * all. I have noticed though that if i am in a lobby of 4 (myself included) it will run. I can play a full lobby of 3s ( if it ever finds one within a half hr of matchmaking) OR i can play a 6s as long as BOTH  teams DO NOT have 5 or 6 players on their teams.

1. I am experiencing it on ps4

2. Work around does not work I can not play in any game. Ever club or drop in. I get the dressing room error.

3. No I cant get a game started without disconnecting 

4. I have tried lan and wifi and both give the error every single time.

5. I have opened every port to ps and nhl. Still cant play

I also contacted the ps store where I downloaded the game and they refused a refund. I only have the game to play on eashl so please fix it because I haven't been able to play my preordered $80 game
