Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a teen with high violin level come home from school with a tense mood swing. Tell him or her to play with emotion.
What happens when the bug occurs? The teen cannot gain emotional control by playing with emotion because the option is grayed out.
What do you expect to see? I expect my teen to be able to reduce her tense moodlet's duration by playing violin.

My kids often build their emotional control with Play with Emotion. I'm very sad to see that option not be there. I had to spam journaling instead.
