Hello, MUT Community.

We have steps below to help get around the error some players are experiencing when attempting to play modes within Madden Ultimate Team. 

 

"Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."

 

Certain item variations within the lineup may unexpectedly lead to corrupted data. Refreshing your lineup can help fix this.

 

Here is how to do that:

 

  1. Visit your Roster within Madden Ultimate Team
  2. Visit the Lineup Adjustment Tool on the right side
  3. Create a New Lineup & Change to BEST TEAM OVR
  4. Deactivate Superstar players from your lineup
  5. Attempt to play a Solo Challenge game before making any adjustments to your lineup.

  6. Did not work? Try removing/swapping out your Team Visuals and Strategy Items and play again.

  7. Did not work? Try power cycling your Xbox, PlayStation, or PC & reboot your network to rule out any local connectivity problems.

If the following steps at the beginning of this post do not fix it for you, this might be the result of having 2 PSN IDs or 2 or more Xbox Gamertags on your EA account. There should only be a max of 1 Xbox Gamertag and 1 PSN ID.

How do I check?

Visit Profile.EA.com and under Connected Accounts

I don't see any Gamertags/PSN IDs at all under Connected Accounts?

You are not logged into the correct EA account that has your Gamertag/PSN ID linked. Not sure which email you used? Contact our Support team.

 

I see more than 1 Xbox/PSN ID. What do I do?

You will need to un-link it and then re-link it to a new EA account. This can be done by logging into an EA account with the Xbox/PSN ID you removed.

You will lose progress from personas you un-link. Here is the info below.

*IMPORTANT*
Once un-linked, you must link it to a new EA account. Without doing that, you may still experience the same error in game for your primary account.

FRANCHISE "Our servers cannot process your request at this time"

When trying to load into an online franchise league with up to 32 players in it, the last team tends to for some reason not allow players to take it. Once, they try to join the league they get matched with the "Our servers cannot process your request" error. Since this error occurred in MUT, its my best guess that it has to do with the lineups and the generation of them not loading right. Attached is a video showing the error screen. Please let me know if there is a fix on route and if I can fix this problem. I already tried the console reboot and cache clear from the game and console.

@Hollowthe3rd I’m having the issue with connect franchise…I retired as a coach to switch to an owner and got kicked back to the franchise screen. Ever since I’ve been getting the error message.

Superstar Blast Off “Our Servers cannot process your request at this time”

I can’t play any of the new Superstar Blast Off Challenges. Just keep on getting the above message and then kicked back to the title menu.

 

I can play the normal Superstar challenges, but not the Blast Off ones.

 

This is happening on the PS5, not sure about other consoles.

I tried to join a madden franchise and then I was asked to switch to owner so it wouldnt dsync and when I did I got the blue screen and had to start the game again but then when I click on the franchise I get the message "our servers cannot process your request at this time" It shows I am in the league but I cant get into the league to quit and rejoin so I asked the commish to boot me and he is unable to boot me. So I cant join his franchise because I am already in his franchise but I cant get into it. I have tried deleting the game and profile and nothing works. 

 

EA please take your time it has only been a week and the game really doesnt work but lets not rush just enjoy your summer I only spent $60 on my ps4 copy

Don’t know if I’m wrongfully banned or suspended or if it’s a glitch

I can’t play any online game modes when I load in madden 22 I’m greeted with “we are currently unable to process your content but will continue trying please contact EAcustomer support if this presits” and if I try to click on MCS it says “you account has been denied this feature” and I contacted EA support and I was told that I wasn’t banned or any kind of suspension and that it is a technical glitch lots of people are having I just wanted to make sure that it’ll be fixed soon or what’s the issue
