Origin Overlay Causes Games To Minimize To Taskbar

I lowered Video settings, thinking this was the problem, playing with to high of settings, which were the Default settings of the game.
Changing the video settings did not have any effect.
I disabled the Origin Overlay and I am no longer seeing this issue, so I believe the Origin Overlay is causing game instability.
