@Illunary Player ID is the number on the upper right corner on the loading screen. That's the one the team needs 🙂

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? log into my account, its there. restored account and its there all the time.
What do you expect to see? error message on top saying "now i see why this was listed as a charming fixed-upper"

error message "now i see why this was listed as a charming fixed-upper" is there all the time, cant go away. done make over and done tutorials changed phone and deleted app but still there. v disappointed with the help

Hey! I’m having the same problem as you. Is yours resolved? EA support was extremely rude when I asked for help. They refused to do anything unless it was a global problem.

I took a look at the cases on your account, and it looks like the EA Help team did respond to the most recent case you created. They asked if you could create an in-game case through The Sims Mobile so they could investigate the missing content that you reported.

Hi, yes I did. I reached them via the live chat. The problem wasn’t the missing content. It was the error message that didn’t go away after months of emailing them. My emails with them go way back. It was clear in the live chat that they refuse to look into my account for me.
