Soooooooo I started this thread in November 2019, and I am STILL dealing with this issue in JUNE 2020 🤦🏼‍♀️ I have tried EVERY possible solution, I’ve contacted EA Help countless times, and I even recently bought a brand new iPad, I STILL CANNOT play the Sweet Treat Bake Off. Also, my husband now uses my old iPad, he downloaded Sims Mobile on his own account, and has ZERO problems with the Bake Off. So the issue is clearly connected to my account, and NOT my device. Am I the ONLY one who’s still dealing with this issue??
