How long has it been stuck? Mine cleared itself after the sim who had it pop up finished his 6hr event...

Hello, i'm playing on an Iphone 8, have uninstalled the app and installed again but nothing. Have tried everything and it doesnt work. Is there any way to fix this at all???!

This screen popped up yesterday and I cannot close out of it. I have tried closing the app, restarting my phone, etc. and no change. I can’t play the game because I’m stuck on this screen. Can anyone help?!
