@EA_DragonsEye I agree I shouldn't have unlocked the shoes permanently through adoption. For example, I adopted a couple of pack hairstyles, which are now in the Workshop, and I easily got them in the Workshop and unlocked them within weeks. But I didn't have to pay for changing their colors during adoption. So it does make that these shoes are "special": owning a color variant but not the shoes.

I have a similar issue. Back in 2019, I was able to adopt from a friend with this shoes, bought a few swatches ( I think I have 2-3 colors), and then accidentally switched to another pair of shoes and saved it. I only have a few photo of my sims wearing this shoe.

@EA_DragonsEye Both my friend and I contacted the EA Help and we didn't get anywhere. Two agents said to wait till this bug is fixed. They can not grant us these shoes.

I have a similar issue, only then with the Autumn Accents Earrings.

I adopted a Sim in December 2018 (see pic retired sim) with these earrings and they still haven't showed up in the Eco Shop.

@ani_fl00 I wonder if there are several items that players who have adopted Sims before the Eco Workshop was implemented can't get.

this can be solved by adding these items more than once in the eco shop.
These items only appear once currently.

@ani_fl00 Good idea. Since the game apparently is reacting as you already own these items, changing them from the OnceOnly category to the Repeatable category makes sense. I'll pass on your suggestion.
