2 Billion currency out of nowhere, can't buy anything [ Edited ]

Just to make sure everyone knows, the best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

So thanks to this, I cant delete my Izzy's creations thus disabling me from complete the new Internet Icon quest since I've already purchased everything on CAS. Thank you very much. 😭

@MissAbbySim Have you completed all the relationship stories? I thought I couldn't buy anything either but I forgot the relationship stories give us articles of clothing to buy too. Just a thought...😊

Yesterday a new update was released (328 MB)

I thought that they fixed the bug...but nothing.

New features, a lot of new things to do, but the bug is still there!

Still doesn’t work!  I’ve called, emailed, live chatted.... contacting Apple to get all of my money back and reporting the issue not being resolved.

Ugh.
