[Open] - Not able to remove retired NPCs [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All of my NPCs that are old and should be removed are not removable
What do you expect to see? Being able to remove them

All of my NPCs that are old and should be removed are not removable. They have the birthday cakes over their heads but once I tap it, the normal option to remove the character is missing. I also cannot relocate them

@theurbanflair I have the same problem with sims at my Edgewater Quay home. I currently have 2 I cannot remove. It’s pretty frustrating. It’s been going on for a while now.

I have the same problem but I can move them to a different lot.  I placed them all in their own lot so I don't see them and I have three there now.  So frustrating.

Me too! I can’t even touch on them to get options nor move them somewhere else. They’re stuck. Can’t get rid of them!
