I never received last week's or this week's stickers and I definitely had enough. I can't find any answers anywhere

It's Tuesday night, 22h30 as I am writing this and I haven't yet received the fashion gems from last week's sticker event. I've already gotten a message announcing this week's new stickers the day before. Please help

Sometimes they take a little time to process and send it all out. I didn't get my gems until after I'd gotten the new announcement, I'm sure yours will arrive soon.

Same here. Haven't received any gems from last week's contest, which just ended a couple of days ago.

However, I have already received the notification for the new sticker contest and the new stickers from other players.

How long does it generally take to process the stickers from past contests? A couple of hours or days?

It's been a whole 2 days since the last sticker contest ended and I haven't gotten those fashion gems. And I still don't have any from the week before either...

I am new to sims mobile, it is my first week playing. I also have not receive fashion gems after the weekly contest ended May 8.

Samee. I have two open cases w/ customer service rn for different problems and continue to be told to uninstall/reinstall the game, etc. Nothing has changed so I guess we should wait for a new update?
