[Open][Info needed] Hours pass but Sims don't finish their work

I choose the standard working shift and closed the game, when I start the game again, it become a short term shift, it happens three times

• Is it the last of the 3 Sims that you start in an event with that doesn't complete it? Or the first/second/random?: Can't remember but it's the same sim that had the issue last time.
• In which area is your Sim when this happens? Or are they travelling to the event?: At home
• Have you done any interactions with the Sim after starting the event?: Yes

• What do you do right after you have a Sim start an event? 
  • Put the game to background and still use the phone?: This one
  • Put the game to background and not use the phone any more?
  • Force Close the game also in the background?
• Do you notice this happens with certain type of events? (career/relationship/family/hobby): I currently do only relationship so I can't tell for other types
• Have you pressed 'Let's Go'?: Yes

Some more technical questions: 

• Do you use WiFi or 3G/4G?: WiFi
  • If possible, can you do a speedtest on your device from the area you notice this happen the most and tell us your ping?: 35.39 Mbps, Ping 7 mp

I'm going to close this issue, I don't see many, or I should say no, reports on Answers HQ about this.

@Phantomlover1717 No that just takes the issue go away. Atleast having it still here means people can Google it and see that there isn't a fix. Please don't delete it.
