My energy is not refilling on its own for any of my four sims. I have wait 2 days for it to refill.

 Thank you for looking. This is still happening. I also cannot call my sims to locations. I cannot use energy because the action bubbles do not pop up. I purchased the edge water quay. My sims seem to stuck in that house. They show up on the family portrait there and cannot be moved to another house. I cannot retire any of the four playable sims. I hope this information helps. I put a bit of money and time into the game and don’t want to delete it.
