I’m having this problem too. I have a sim with maxed out traits and I can’t retire her. I had another sim that just maxed out traits and I was able to retire her, but not this one. I don’t get why.
The one I can’t retire has 100% completed a relationship story and is in level 2 or 3 in a hobby and career.
