How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Beards disappear when wearing costume heads and helmets. Wumples hat and dragon head are no problem.
What do you expect to see? I want to see beards.

@gogotamago5 Is this happening when your Sim is doing a shift of any on the careers that have an uniform?

Yes, it happens when wearing career uniforms or removing clothes in a hot tub, bath or shower.
But maybe the moment they wear these hats, their beards disappear.
I experience exactly the same. I also want to add these Star Wars helmets. My Sim's beard disappears when he is working at the restaurant.
