Is it just me or did the graphics of the sims became pixelated after the update? Please help to look into this matter

Additional feedback I see the image pixelated since last update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, i have deleted the cache and the data, and I have enough memory. But the issue persist, only in this game.
