Graphics Quality Poor/pixelated on Android Samsung S10 Plus

Restarting phone doesn't help. Graphics are really bad.

Samsung s10 plus android Pie latest version.

@SimGuruMaaike I'm sure the rug isn't supposed to be that pixelated it was clear and crisp before, everything is jagged and rough. Character models clothes are pixelated cant make out faces without having to zoom really far in.

Really sorry for the intrusion 👀

Currently I am also using a Huawei Mate 20 Lite and I can say that after the update some compatibility problem (yaaay) have been fixed.

For example now I can see the shadow on the floor (objects shadows and sims shadows) 

I'm not receiving anymore that "sorry, can't recognize the phone you are using" message when launching the App for the first time...

But graphic is still not good, need to be improved, actually the game looks so jagged and uneven.

Example: look at here, furniture and shadows 

I can't stand this pixelated/zigzag effect everything looks ugly

So it still need to be improved a little more

Another thing I can say for now that still is not working properly for sure are the notifications from the game, I didn't received not even one.

I am playing on a Samsung A tablet.  After last night's update my graphics are also pixelated.

We're still collecting device information for this issue. If you've noticed the graphics quality has decreased in the newest update compared to before, please post the device you're playing the game on, this will help our investigation.
