Onscreen buttons disappear during Sith Raid

Summarize your bug While playing phase 3 of the Heroic Sith Raid, all of the onscreen buttons disappeared. All of the characters were still in their idle animations, as well as all of the backround environments. Once the buttons disappeared, I was no longer able to interact with anything that was on the screen. I closed the app and restarted. After several attempts to get my team running the way that I wanted in the raid, I had the exact same issue again.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This happens frequently enough that it is often posted on reddit and on the official game forums.

I had to slightly crop the pictures on the right side of the screen so they would be an appropriate file size to upgrade. As you can see in the pictures, there aren't any character commands available and none of the other buttons respond .

Hi there, thanks for the report. We have this flagged as a bug which can occur in Phase 3 of the Sith raid (especially with Nightsister teams).
